The company has maintenance service centers
national major distribution points, we have appointed man to
handle after service for the product, and the service persons
have been trained by the company professionally and all process
maintaining and service skill and qualification for the products.
The company has set up a after service group than make up of
professional technical personnel for quality and maintaining
service, support service centers and dealers all over the country,
to serve extensive customers. For any quality problem mentioned
by customers, after service is able to visit within 24 hours
and solve the problem.
For all products of the company, we responsible for three cases:
for purely quality problem of the product itself occurred within
one year after the product is sold, we responsible to replace;
within 5 years, if product damaged of not accident cause, the
company will fix it for free; if the quality problem is cause
by cracking and breaking, the company will fix it for free but
will charge the cost of fixing accordingly.
For Group unit purchase supporting products, besides above three
responsibilities, the company will provide long term follow
up service for these products:
1. Dispatch specific technicians to the spot to install and
testing until customer satisfy.
2., we will have after service group to inquire of customer
every three months about the using situation of the products
and handle quality problem that customer encounter with.
3. The company goes through the promise of product after service
strictly, to keep customer or consumer worry-free about the
products of our company.
